The time to say bye to India, New Delhi, our Sarthak Hotel, drivers and mango shake right on the corner has came in the end. We are coming back home with “suitcase full of new, inspiring ideas and information’s”. During our stay in this amazing country we visited many primary schools, orphanages, youth centers, rural development centers, hospitals, institutions, NGO’s, public servants. We enjoy plenty of interviews, interesting discussions, chats, meetings and speeches on development of India, on MDGs progress, on social and economic problems, youth affairs. We had many good moments together in the group learning each other, developing task forces, planning activities, participating in programme. We also took some free time – shopping in bazaar in Baroda, seeing real face on daily Indian life taking rickshaw, eating every day Indian food in local restaurants, traveling to Agra to see Taj Mahal, seeing Gandhi house in Ahmedabad. The event is over and we are taking plane from Indhira Gandhi international airport in Delhi by our favorite airline – Kingfisher to London. There the group split. But… not for real. The follow up activities are waiting for us. CST to South Africa is approaching by big steps! The follow – up event in Utrecht in November is being prepared. So the team and participants says: stay tuned, the MDG project keeps on track!
